You send me 3 pictures, and small details of your dog
Paintings are completed and shipped within 1 month

All portraits are made custom just for you, so I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure your photos are clear and your pup's info is accurate before ordering. 🐾 If anything arrives damaged or something doesn’t seem right, email me at artbyjamiejohnson@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to fix it!

Shipping:

Once I’ve received your pup’s photos and info, your custom painting will be created and shipped straight from my studio in Washington. Shipping usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on my schedule — I’ll keep you updated!

Returns:

Each painting is made just for you, which means all sales are final. I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If anything arrives damaged or there’s a problem, email me at artbyjamiejohnson@gmail.com and I’ll help!
